Before commencing with our carpet cleaning process we'll complete a carpet inspection. This includes identifying the fibre to be cleaned, which in turn will give us an idea of how difficult it will be to remove any problem spots or stains.

We'll then start the carpet cleaning process by vacuuming the carpet using a powerful commercial vacuum cleaner. This is a very important step that many carpet cleaners skip. 80 - 85% of dirt in a carpet is dry soil. If this soil is not removed it will affect the end result.

We'll attach bonnet soaked in our specialist solution to our heated bonnet machine, and we'll bonnet clean your carpet. This will pick up the suspended dirt and soils. During this process a deodoriser and a stain protector are applied by our carpet cleaners, and if you select our gold package an additional antimicrobial will be applied. Because we clean at temperatures of up to 85 degrees, your carpets will be dry within 30 minutes of being cleaned.

As the final part of the cleaning process our carpet cleaners groom the carpet using a grooming brush to set the pile in the same direction.

Silver Package

Our Silver Package is great for people who would like their carpets to be back in action as quickly as possible. Your carpets will be cleaned and deodorised, and protected against stains, resulting in your carpets staying clean for longer. Carpets will be dry within 30 minutes of being cleaned. 

Gold Package

The Gold Package is our premium domestic package. It comes with all the benefits of the Silver Package... Deodoriser, Stain/Soil Protector and 30 minute drying time. However a waterproof Antimicrobial finish is also applied, which prevents the growth of bacteria, mould and fungi.
